Smoothies are a great way of adding fruits and vegetables to your diet. If you have kids who don’t like fruits and vegetables, make smoothies and you will be surprised and remember to thank me later.

The best way to make sure of having a healthy smoothie is to make them yourself as you will be able to control the sugar you use. If you are on a keto diet, you will also be in a position to use low carbs fruits and vegetables. Store bought smoothies tend to have more sugar added to them.
