Eggs – help the ingredients to bind together. Eggs are nutritious, they are high in protein, vitamin B2, B6, B12 and vitamin D. They are also rich in zinc, copper and iron.
Heavy cream- helps to fluffy the eggs and lighten the dish while adding richness to eat. Without the cream, we can end up with a dense quiche.
Bacon – adds crispness and flavour to the quiche. If you like bacon and cheese you can also try my Keto cauliflower and bacon casserole.
